Our services
include analyzing the utilization of the planned or existing space and then designing
the interior architectural and structural interior details for optimum function
and beauty. Floor plans and elevations are prepared with computer aided design (CAD)
software which allows us to efficiently provide multiple floor and furniture
plan options. Elevations are also prepared with CAD, so that views of all
design elements, such as cabinetry, fireplaces, flooring design, ceiling
details, tile and stone layout, and decorative iron work and railings can be customized
and then viewed from a variety of angles. Interior lighting is one of the most
important functional and aesthetic features of a professionally designed
interior. Once the floor plan and elevations are prepared, a lighting plan is
designed. When final selections of the interior design have been made, our
detailed plans are then provided to the builder for the construction process.
In
addition to the designing of the interior architectural elements, we also
assist in choosing and/or designing all of the finishing building materials, such
as flooring, countertops, tile, moldings, walls, ceilings, trim, paint colors,
light fixtures, hardware, plumbing fixtures, and other materials.
We assist
in decisions involving the furnishing of the interior space, including appliances,
fabric choices, furniture, rugs, window treatments, artwork and accessories. We
can design custom furniture as well as a myriad of other finishes and
furnishings.
In addition to the
above, our design services include: long-term planning and project management,
including scheduling and updating; builder/contractor liaison; budget
development; space planning; concept development; custom cabinetry and custom
